Order Processing
Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
In case of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer—we’ll notify you if that happens.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
Standard Shipping
Delivery Time: 5–7 business days after dispatch
Cost: ₹60 (Free for orders above ₹999)
Express Shipping
Delivery Time: 2–4 business days after dispatch
Cost: ₹120
International Shipping
Delivery Time: 10–15 business days (may vary based on location)
Cost: Calculated at checkout
⚠️ Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or customs clearance.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within India and to select international destinations.
Delivery to remote areas may take longer.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and chosen shipping method.
International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties. These are not included in the product price and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can track your package via the link provided or directly on our courier partner’s website.
Delivery Issues
Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Casivo Clothing is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
Missed Deliveries: If delivery is missed and the courier returns the item to us, we may charge extra for re-shipping.
Lost/Damaged Packages: Contact us immediately if your package is lost or damaged during transit. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Undeliverable Orders
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, we will contact you.
Re-shipping charges may apply.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for more.
International Shipping – Customs
For international deliveries, customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges may apply.
These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and must be paid by the customer as per the laws of the destination country.
