Cancellation and Refund

Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be returned in the original packaging with all tags intact.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Haven’t received your refund yet?

Check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund appears.

❗ Note: Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier. Once the product is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

To cancel, please email us immediately at info@casivoclothing.com with your order ID.
